This is the Review of the Samsung I7500 Cell Phone

This is the review of the Samsung I7500, the first mobile phone that has been equipped with the Android operating system version 1.5, alias cupcake. It was launched in June 2009.
For the design part we can say that the Samsung I7500 follows manufacturer´s style and looks very elegant, in touch with what the consumer expects from Samsung, along with fine craftsmanship.

The mobile phone weighs 116 g. It has a superb AMOLED touch screen display, with 16 million colors and the resolution is, 320×480. In diagonal the display measures 3.2 inches. Of course the phone comes with an accelerometer, a sensor for auto-rotate, and a proximity sensor. On the right side of the phone we can see the button that locks and unlocks the screen. On the superior side of the phone we have the slots for charging, headphones, and micro-USB. On the left side of the phone, we can find the buttons for volume adjustment. The phone provides us with the usual D-pad, that anyone can easily use.

What I found peculiar about the Samsung I7500 is the back of the phone, where we can see that it has a separate speaker on the bottom. The speaker emits a high quality sound that won’t disappoint you.

You can synchronize your contact list and calendar with Google.

Samsung I7500 comes with integrated Gmail and a few Instant Messaging clients, along with the SMS and MMS messaging options. The keyboard is simply outstanding with its big letters. The phone shows you what key you tipped by popping them up.

The camera takes great shots, but it doesn’t have the usual features, like: balance, contrast, effects, etc. It has 5 megapixels and it is equipped with autofocus and LED flash. The video capturing and video playback doesn’t even worth mentioning because it is below today’s standards.

The phones has 3 screens, you can select any screen by sliding with your finger on the display of the Samsung I7500. Every screen can be customized because the I7500 is based on widgets.

For connectivity, the phone comes with micro-USB, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Of course the I7500 is a 3g mobile phone, supporting a speed of 7.2 MBPS.

Android provides with the Samsung I7500, the standard internet browser, the main asset is that the pages load fast also you can easily search and bookmark what you want.

Samsung I7500 has an amazing GPS that is very fast and useful sometimes, coming preloaded with Google Maps.

In conclusion Samsung I7500 is an average mobile phone for its class, but with good craftsmanship and superb AMOLED display.
